Jennifer served as the Vice President for Ambulatory Services at Seattle Children's Hospital where she led culture initiatives, development of people, and ambulatory strategy & operations. Under Jennifer’s leadership her team was among the highest in employee engagement (95% nationally), consistent annual improvements in customer service were achieved, patient wait times were reduced by 50%, volumes grew by 25%, and many new clinics and programs were launched.
Jennifer and her team were recognized as national leaders in innovation in health care - responsible for creating and operationalizing many breakthroughs AND creating the associated culture changes required for growth and innovation. Her sites hosted hundreds of businesses from a variety of sectors nationally and globally who came to learn and be inspired by their systems to transform culture and achieve strategic outcomes. Jennifer and her team also routinely presented at national conferences and were featured in numerous publications.
In addition to leading culture initiatives in her team, Jennifer led organization wide culture initiatives serving as a faculty member and coach in the Lean Leader Development program, in the Equity-Diversity-Inclusion Leadership Development program, and through co-hosting an affinity group at Seattle Children’s. Jennifer left Seattle Children's in 2019 becoming a partner at Impact Consultancy expanding their offerings with strategic planning and leadership coaching.
Jennifer also has over 15 years of experience with various personal development, communication, facilitation and teaming practices including meditation, Compassionate Communication, Transparent Communication, and Restorative Circles.
Jennifer is passionate about and committed to her children and her practice of continuous learning to transcend (perceived) limits.
