Team Rituals. In this session we bring your Playbook to life! You will learn what makes an effective ritual and how to use them in your day-to-day work. You will engage in designing rituals with your team that amplify your core values. Finally, leaders learn how to lead ritual design sessions with their teams to continuously evolve and grow ways to nurture peer connection, employee recognition, and psychological safety.
Leadership Processes. Process plays a big role in culture-building because of the impact it has on the daily experience. This is a design-build session for people leaders to build visual accountability systems for goal execution, daily management and breakthrough projects. Leaders will learn how to infuse purpose into their routines and activate core values through their leadership processes.
Leadership Practices. The first imperative of truly effective leadership is to lead and inspire others. It's about your presence. In this powerful and innovative session you will learn practices such as giving and receiving feedback, coaching for development, and how to enable psychological safety that will enhance your ability to lead.
Storytelling. Stories help to keep everyone on the same page, reinforce values, and give people a vehicle to create purpose in their work. This session will help you design your storytelling program from the team to the company level. We will show you how to inspire your people to be advocates for your company by sharing how they live your company's values with the world.
HR Processes. We dive deep into the people processes that show the most promise to have impact on your business. We'll show you how to embed your core values into your process for hiring, on-boarding, "Day One" design, performance management, and employee advocacy.
